The high-power flood light adopts the split design of high-quality aluminum alloy radiator and power supply box, which effectively separates electricity and heat. The heat dissipation requirements and service life of the LED are guaranteed through the cooling fins and air convection heat dissipation of the casing. The surface of the lamp is anodized and anti-corrosion treatment, its structure is compact and beautiful, and its dust-proof performance is good.

Another LED flood light radiator adopts the veneer direct conduction heat dissipation mode, which breaks through the traditional practice of placing the die-cast floodlight heat sink behind the lamp. It makes the hot air easier to circulate, which not only enhances the practicability of the product, but also enhances the ornamental value of the product. The heat of the LED junction is directly conducted through the lamp body, which effectively reduces the junction temperature of the LED, ensures a good heat dissipation effect, and effectively reduces the light decay of the LED during use. This process adopts optical-grade PMMA high-efficiency lens, with small light loss and good illumination; it also adopts constant current source technology to ensure that each LED can work stably. The module structure can include one module or multiple modules, which can be added or subtracted according to the power required by customers to meet the power requirements of different customers. For some LED flood lights, one can add a waterproof connector for the convenience of wiring.
